AMS’s Technical Services team provides repair and preventative maintenance support for most major brands of digital scanners and micrographics equipment. Our technicians are factory trained and certified and pride themselves on their ability to quickly diagnose and repair  hardware malfunction. Among other industry accolades for our support services, AMS has earned Konica Minolta’s Pro-Tech Service Award for ten consecutive years.

We maintain an extensive inventory of OEM parts at our Rhode Island facility to ensure that our technicians can repair machines quickly with minimal disruption to our clients’ scanning operations. AMS offers annual service contracts and per-call repair services as well as a complete inventory of consumable supplies and parts.
