Scanned images are uploaded into our client’s enterprise content systems for distribution to end users. Our virtual mailroom solutions eliminate paper handling delays, paper storage costs, and the management headaches associated with internal mailroom operations.

Documents are processed at our secure Warwick, Rhode Island location using state-of-the-art technologies with 100% quality control inspection. Our dedicated team of scanning engineers ensure that our customers receive superior quality and same day service every day.

Environmental responsibility is integral to AMS’s corporate mission and values. We are committed to recycling 100% of all converted documents. We offer certified document destruction as well as standard shredding services. 100% of converted and destroyed documents are baled and recycled.

AMS’s recycling efforts saved over 630 trees, and is responsible for saving more than 2,900 cubic square feet of landfill space in 2008!
